My husband and I are first time home buyers and our realtor recommended this company to us. What convinced me were the reviews and I am so glad I decided to go with this company! From start to finish, the whole inspection went absolutely smoothly and our inspector Jeremy Ditsch was an absolute professional. He was very polite and I liked that he also knew how to have a great conversation! He explained everything to me and the report is very detailed and even includes pictures! I would absolutely hire this company again in the future and the lady who is in charge of scheduling is also wonderful as well! These new home buyers are impressed and you will be too, definitely give House Call Home Inspection the opportunity to amaze you, you will be surprised with how much experience their Inspectors have, and their detailed reports are seriously the icing on the cake!

Jeff was fantastic! He explained everything he would do before even starting so that I knew what to expect. He made sure to point out everything he saw whether it was good or bad. Any questions I had, he had an answer to. He was extremely professional and highly organized. He walked me through each and every section of the house. The report was emailed to me within hours, even with it being the weekend! The report was super easy to read and had so many pictures integrated. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I was recommended Jeff Bliler by a coworker and I'm really glad I chose him for my home inspection! Jeff was professional, and very thorough in his inspection. Being a first time homeowner I wasn't sure what to expect but he walked me through the process & answered the many questions that I had. I would gladly recommend his service to everyone I know. He helped me see my new home in a different light and helped me understand what some of my future costs might be so that I won't be blindsided by them. He also has a great turnaround time in getting the report back so it doesn't hold up things, which was very important to me.

Jeff was an outstanding home inspector — thorough, detailed, and genuinely invested in his work. The report we received afterward was incredibly thorough and easy to reference. He walked us through important things with clarity, clearly explaining what needed the highest priority attention.But what really set Jeff apart was that he never made us feel like just another appointment — He brought his own personality to the experience and treated us like human beings. At one point he shared how much the home reminded him of his own family — you could tell this wasn’t just a job to him. That kind of authentic investment gave us a level of confidence we didn’t expect from a home inspection.I’m positive we’ll be talking about this experience for a long time. If you want someone who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but who will treat your home and your family with real care, we cannot recommend Jeff highly enough.

The inspection that I had was to have everything checked prior to buying the home. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to show me the things that he found, and what to expect on his report. He also gave me the opportunity to ask questions, and he said that if I have any further questions after purchasing the home, that I can call or email him any time.

We had our home inspection done on Aug. 23rd by Jeff B. He was very thorough and took the time to answer every single one of my questions and helped us to understand how things worked and if we could potentially have any issues down the line. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time he took to spend with us on our new home.
