Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company! Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

We just had Jeremy complete an inspection for us on a home we're buying, and cannot recommend him and House Call more highly. Jeremy did a very thorough job completing the inspection (the report included detailed pictures, descriptions, and advice on how to remedy any problems) and took as much time as we needed explaining the major findings to us once he was done. When we had questions about potential repairs, he was knowledge on both difficulty and price range, and helped us to understand the extent of what we would be facing. Scheduling with the company was easy and the price was fair.
