To start, working wth the call center to set the appointment was great. Very courteous and easy and even got a reminder a day before. At the home Jeff was very respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was thorough and explained everything very well for me...he even called me to let me know I had left a tape measure back at the house. The report was very well done and easy to read and got back to me much quicker than I had expected. Very please and would absolutely recommend 4Sight to anyone looking to buy a home.

This is our first home experience, so everything is scary. We didn't want to be taken advantage of and did our research, calling all the inspectors the realtor gave us. I had two set items I thought were important to an inspection. Only two company stated it on my inquiry. 4sight was one, and I picked them because they still are small. It's the personal touch that makes things right. He showed up early, was very thoughtful & explained things as we went along. We felt like family! Jeremy missed something in our homeowners inspection that almost killed my entire family. How do you miss a water heater that has no outside ventilation that is venting CARBON MONOXIDE into our house? PLEASE go with any other compny!!!!!!

My wife and I recently dealt with Marcia and Paul on our home inspection. This is our first home purchase, so we went in not really knowing what to expect. We showed up for the second half of the inspection, and met Paul. He was still mid-way through checking everything out, so we gave him a few mins to wrap up. After he concluded, we got together to run through everything in detail. Paul was extremely thorough, and went through each line item one by one to make sure we understood what needed to be repaired, replaced or just needed to be brought to attention. It was such a great experience, and he even stuck around for a bit afterward to answer any additional questions we had, and to get to know one another - I would highly recommend using their services if you need an inspection, they're top notch / very professional and we'd surely use them again. I've already referred them to 2 others in the marketing for buying a home. A+++ service!
