I had a short deadline upon which my inspection had to be done I called two of the inspection companies none of them could perform inspection for me within my stated deadline except for house calls. House Call did a thorough inspection and pointed out red flags that allowed me the opportunity to amend my purchase agreement ultimately saving me thousands of dollars thanks, House call for providing us with excellent quality service.

Jeff was great! As a first time home buyer I was scared of not asking the right questions orMissing something and Jeff willingly answered all of my questions and allowed us to follow him around and ask any questions we had, he was very nice and had great bed side manner, was very informative. I felt he really did his job plus some! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good shape! Took a few days longer to get the report back than expected but otherwise my experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

To start, working wth the call center to set the appointment was great. Very courteous and easy and even got a reminder a day before. At the home Jeff was very respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was thorough and explained everything very well for me...he even called me to let me know I had left a tape measure back at the house. The report was very well done and easy to read and got back to me much quicker than I had expected. Very please and would absolutely recommend 4Sight to anyone looking to buy a home.

From start to finish, the whole inspection went absolutely smoothly and our inspector Jeremy Ditsch was an absolute professional. He was very polite and I liked that he also knew how to have a great conversation! He explained everything to me and the report is very detailed and even includes pictures! I would absolutely hire this company again in the future and the lady who is in charge of scheduling is also wonderful as well! Used house call for our home inspection. Our agent recommended using them and after putting out the face book shout out, many of our friends and family recommended them as well. They contacted me within 24hrs of putting in the request to set up a appointment within 48 hrs. We had Paul as our inspector. Older gentleman with alot of knowledge and wisdom. Very professional and easy to conversation with. Told us what was critical and what was not a big deal. Told us what is easily fixable and what was difficult. Report to us with 3 hrs after inspection. It cost us 520 for house inspection and radon test. Overall very happy. Can't compare to any other company as this is the first time doing a inspection.

Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

Jeff Bliler was absolutely amazing. He came early on Sunday morning to inspect the house we were buying. It took a little over 2 hours. We chatted most of the time, he gave us (as new homeowners) tips on what to look out for when it came to roof, outdoor paneling, etc. He was extremely detail oriented - taking pictures and note of everything he looked through. The two hours flew by, as he made the whole visit very pleasant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their future homes. We are definitely saving his card for future inspections.
