Jeff was fantastic! He explained everything he would do before even starting so that I knew what to expect. He made sure to point out everything he saw whether it was good or bad. Any questions I had, he had an answer to. He was extremely professional and highly organized. He walked me through each and every section of the house. The report was emailed to me within hours, even with it being the weekend! The report was super easy to read and had so many pictures integrated. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

We just had Jeremy complete an inspection for us on a home we're buying, and cannot recommend him and House Call more highly. Jeremy did a very thorough job completing the inspection (the report included detailed pictures, descriptions, and advice on how to remedy any problems) and took as much time as we needed explaining the major findings to us once he was done. When we had questions about potential repairs, he was knowledge on both difficulty and price range, and helped us to understand the extent of what we would be facing. Scheduling with the company was easy and the price was fair.

My wife and I recently dealt with Marcia and Paul on our home inspection. This is our first home purchase, so we went in not really knowing what to expect. We showed up for the second half of the inspection, and met Paul. He was still mid-way through checking everything out, so we gave him a few mins to wrap up. After he concluded, we got together to run through everything in detail. Paul was extremely thorough, and went through each line item one by one to make sure we understood what needed to be repaired, replaced or just needed to be brought to attention. It was such a great experience, and he even stuck around for a bit afterward to answer any additional questions we had, and to get to know one another - I would highly recommend using their services if you need an inspection, they're top notch / very professional and we'd surely use them again. I've already referred them to 2 others in the marketing for buying a home. A+++ service!

Jeff was great! As a first time home buyer I was scared of not asking the right questions orMissing something and Jeff willingly answered all of my questions and allowed us to follow him around and ask any questions we had, he was very nice and had great bed side manner, was very informative. I felt he really did his job plus some! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good shape! Took a few days longer to get the report back than expected but otherwise my experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I recently used 4sight for our home inspection, Jeff was amazing! He made me feel comfortable asking questions no matter how silly they may have sounded. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer I asked where things were and how to use them and he politely show me and explained what we'd need to do or when to replace things. An awesome extra this company offers is half off for veterans, Emts, policeman and firefighters. They want to give back so they offer such a huge discount, Which significantly helped us make it more affordable.With that being done you'd think maybe they'd skimp on some of the inspection aspects, but nope. They did a great job, we even got the paperwork back within 2 days. I'll use them again!

Jeff Bliler was absolutely amazing. He came early on Sunday morning to inspect the house we were buying. It took a little over 2 hours. We chatted most of the time, he gave us (as new homeowners) tips on what to look out for when it came to roof, outdoor paneling, etc. He was extremely detail oriented - taking pictures and note of everything he looked through. The two hours flew by, as he made the whole visit very pleasant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their future homes. We are definitely saving his card for future inspections.

I had Jeff come out and do an inspection on a home I am buying and he provided hands down the best experience I have had since starting the buying process in this crazy market. I felt like I was actually getting customer service and wasn't being churned through the system. He took the time walk me through everything and answer my questions. Setting up the appointment was easy, and Marcia was helpful on the phone. We received a contract online stating the exact scope of the inspection, and we were able to pay online, too. They even have a discount for teachers. Then, we were sent an appointment reminder online, too. I felt "seen" as a customer the entire process.Jeremy is an incredibly kind, patient, and professional inspector. He answered any question I had within the confines of what he's allowed to do as an inspector. He also asked if I had questions when I didn't promptly ask something, opening the door for a conversation and helping me feel like we weren't rushing. I appreciated the personal touch he brought because my husband and I aren't from around here, so we can't ask family or friends for advice on home stuff.I also noted that he Jeremy was watching me for cues on what to do. I explained that I wanted to wear a mask because I know so many sick people right now, but that he didn't have to if he didn't want to. He did. And then he saw me take off my shoes, and he took of his. These little touches are important because I felt like he respected my (potentially) future home.
