I highly recommend House Call. We are buying our first home so having someone as knowledgeable as Jeff was priceless. He was very kind and also thorough. Nothing felt rushed. I learned a ton about the ins and outs of houses walking through the home with him. He was very detailed and answered any lingering questions I had.

Paul was very polite and professional and took the time to go over the details of what he found. I would highly recommend both Paul and this company. The report was given to me within 90 minutes of completion in am easy to understand PDF that I could save on my computer for future reference.

After having the home inspection several weeks later we found electrical problems, leaks, and a fire hazard in the basement. None of these were mentioned in the inspection. This company was recommended by my realtor and I’m disappointed in both the company and the realtor.

We had our home inspection done on Aug. 23rd by Jeff B. He was very thorough and took the time to answer every single one of my questions and helped us to understand how things worked and if we could potentially have any issues down the line. This place was recommended by our realtor. We closed on our house about two weeks ago. We had the inspection three weeks ago. A guy named Jeremy said everything in our home was spot less and there were only a few things that needed fixed. He said all the plugs in the home worked. Now that we’re all moved in we are finding out that half of the outlets in the home don’t work. I really wish they would have done a better job before we committed into the home. As new homeowners budget is tight and now we are stuck with a bill to fix all the necessary plugs.Exactly the report said that only two of the outlets weren’t working in the home. One in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. We were ok with that. After we moved in we found out that ANOTHER plug in the kitchen didn’t work so now that was TWO plugs in the kitchen that didn’t work. We were told that all the plugs in the living room worked and they DONT out of 8 outlets only TWO work. Now we have six useless outlets in a living room. I have called you guys twice now and I was told that you the owner would be giving me a call back and I still haven’t heard from you.Two months later, four calls to this company and no call back. Every time I call they tell me that they’ll put on a brief hold or that the “owner” will call back. I’ve been put on hold for up to 20 minutes eventually I have to hang up. No call back from the owner. So disappointed.

Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered. The inspection report he provided afterwards was extremely thorough and detailed. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Jeff was the most pleasant person I dealt with throughout my home buying experience. He walked me through everything he found as he did the inspection.
