AMAZING! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Jeff made us even more excited about our home! He came early and was well prepared when we arrived. We followed him around the entire house and he happily talked us through every inch. We spent about 2 hours walking through and it felt like 20 minutes. Jeff even took the time to show us how to change the filter on the furnace and shut off the water in case we ever need to. I am whole heartedly impressed with his attention to detail and customer service! I will be keeping his card for any home inspection we might ever need and will recommend this company to anyone who asks!

I recently used 4sight for our home inspection, Jeff was amazing! He made me feel comfortable asking questions no matter how silly they may have sounded. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer I asked where things were and how to use them and he politely show me and explained what we'd need to do or when to replace things. An awesome extra this company offers is half off for veterans, Emts, policeman and firefighters. They want to give back so they offer such a huge discount, Which significantly helped us make it more affordable.With that being done you'd think maybe they'd skimp on some of the inspection aspects, but nope. They did a great job, we even got the paperwork back within 2 days. I'll use them again!

Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered. Jeff was great! I appreciated that before we even got started he asked what concerns we had. He ran through what to expect, to ask questions throughout the inspection, and what to expect from the finished report. I felt he was thorough and put my mind at ease as a first time homebuyer. He was polite, professional, and flexible with the occupant and his dogs that were also onsite during the inspection. During the inspection he took the time to point out things for us that will need to be addressed, the best route to fix things, and generally who to contact. This was my first home inspection so I don't know what is typical, but he did do more than just the Standards of Practice. (We swear we only brought it along for reference, Jeff 😅). He seemed like a genuinely nice guy who wants to do right by the customer. Would highly recommend!

Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company!
