After having the home inspection several weeks later we found electrical problems, leaks, and a fire hazard in the basement. None of these were mentioned in the inspection. This company was recommended by my realtor and I’m disappointed in both the company and the realtor.

This place was recommended by our realtor. We closed on our house about two weeks ago. We had the inspection three weeks ago. A guy named Jeremy said everything in our home was spot less and there were only a few things that needed fixed. He said all the plugs in the home worked. Now that we’re all moved in we are finding out that half of the outlets in the home don’t work. I really wish they would have done a better job before we committed into the home. As new homeowners budget is tight and now we are stuck with a bill to fix all the necessary plugs.Exactly the report said that only two of the outlets weren’t working in the home. One in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. We were ok with that. After we moved in we found out that ANOTHER plug in the kitchen didn’t work so now that was TWO plugs in the kitchen that didn’t work. We were told that all the plugs in the living room worked and they DONT out of 8 outlets only TWO work. Now we have six useless outlets in a living room. I have called you guys twice now and I was told that you the owner would be giving me a call back and I still haven’t heard from you.Two months later, four calls to this company and no call back. Every time I call they tell me that they’ll put on a brief hold or that the “owner” will call back. I’ve been put on hold for up to 20 minutes eventually I have to hang up. No call back from the owner. So disappointed.

The inspector was very thorough checking the inside, outside, basement, and attic. As he went through, he told us about anything we need to keep an eye on or some damaged parts that were no longer a threat. He was very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the house.

Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered. Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you
