Jeff was great and did a very impressive job with our house inspection! He explained everything very well and answered any question that I had. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident that he didn't miss a single thing. The report was very thorough and had a lot of photos which will be great for our house records as well. Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you
