Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

I had Jeff come out and do an inspection on a home I am buying and he provided hands down the best experience I have had since starting the buying process in this crazy market. I felt like I was actually getting customer service and wasn't being churned through the system. He took the time walk me through everything and answer my questions. He was exceptionally polite and reassuring, I couldn't recommend him enough. As far as the scheduling and payment process, it was very easy and straight forward, exactly how it should have been. My husband and I are first time home buyers and our realtor recommended this company to us. What convinced me were the reviews and I am so glad I decided to go with this company! From start to finish, the whole inspection went absolutely smoothly and our inspector Jeremy Ditsch was an absolute professional. He was very polite and I liked that he also knew how to have a great conversation! He explained everything to me and the report is very detailed and even includes pictures! I would absolutely hire this company again in the future and the lady who is in charge of scheduling is also wonderful as well! The inspector was very thorough checking the inside, outside, basement, and attic. As he went through, he told us about anything we need to keep an eye on or some damaged parts that were no longer a threat. He was very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the house.

Jeff was great! As a first time home buyer I was scared of not asking the right questions orMissing something and Jeff willingly answered all of my questions and allowed us to follow him around and ask any questions we had, he was very nice and had great bed side manner, was very informative. I felt he really did his job plus some! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good shape! Took a few days longer to get the report back than expected but otherwise my experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered.
