The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!

Jeff was professional, and very thorough in his inspection. Being a first time homeowner I wasn't sure what to expect but he walked me through the process & answered the many questions that I had. I would gladly recommend his service to everyone I know. He helped me see my new home in a different light and helped me understand what some of my future costs might be so that I won't be blindsided by them. Jeremy came out and did a whole house inspection and radon test for the house my daughter is buying. Jeremy was very personable and informative on any issues he saw, explaining issues in detail. We also looked around ourselves while he was doing his thing and he checked out anything we may have had a question on. The inspection was super thorough and the inspection report was complete with pictures of anything he thought needed attention. It was worth every penny to have peace of mind before finalizing the purchase of the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND House Call Home Inspection!!!

I had Jeff come out and do an inspection on a home I am buying and he provided hands down the best experience I have had since starting the buying process in this crazy market. I felt like I was actually getting customer service and wasn't being churned through the system. He took the time walk me through everything and answer my questions. He was exceptionally polite and reassuring, I couldn't recommend him enough. As far as the scheduling and payment process, it was very easy and straight forward, exactly how it should have been. Jeff did a great job as our home inspector. He was thorough and patient, truly inspecting each portion of the house.
