Jeremy did a very thorough job completing the inspection (the report included detailed pictures, descriptions, and advice on how to remedy any problems) and took as much time as we needed explaining the major findings to us once he was done. When we had questions about potential repairs, he was knowledge on both difficulty and price range, and helped us to understand the extent of what we would be facing. Scheduling with the company was easy and the price was fair.
