Jeff was great! As a first time home buyer I was scared of not asking the right questions orMissing something and Jeff willingly answered all of my questions and allowed us to follow him around and ask any questions we had, he was very nice and had great bed side manner, was very informative. I felt he really did his job plus some! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good shape! Took a few days longer to get the report back than expected but otherwise my experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

After having the home inspection several weeks later we found electrical problems, leaks, and a fire hazard in the basement. None of these were mentioned in the inspection. This company was recommended by my realtor and I’m disappointed in both the company and the realtor.

Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

I had a short deadline upon which my inspection had to be done I called two of the inspection companies none of them could perform inspection for me within my stated deadline except for house calls. Jeff was great! I appreciated that before we even got started he asked what concerns we had. He ran through what to expect, to ask questions throughout the inspection, and what to expect from the finished report. I felt he was thorough and put my mind at ease as a first time homebuyer. He was polite, professional, and flexible with the occupant and his dogs that were also onsite during the inspection. During the inspection he took the time to point out things for us that will need to be addressed, the best route to fix things, and generally who to contact. This was my first home inspection so I don't know what is typical, but he did do more than just the Standards of Practice. (We swear we only brought it along for reference, Jeff 😅). He seemed like a genuinely nice guy who wants to do right by the customer. Would highly recommend!

Jeff Bliler was absolutely amazing. He came early on Sunday morning to inspect the house we were buying. It took a little over 2 hours. We chatted most of the time, he gave us (as new homeowners) tips on what to look out for when it came to roof, outdoor paneling, etc. He was extremely detail oriented - taking pictures and note of everything he looked through. The two hours flew by, as he made the whole visit very pleasant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their future homes. We are definitely saving his card for future inspections.

Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

I was the seller of the property they inspected, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.After the inspection, my large detached garage was left unlocked, despite containing thousands of dollars’ worth of tools and equipment. Multiple windows were also left unlocked or open, and several blinds throughout the home had been left out of place. At a minimum, I expected the property to be secured and returned to the condition in which it was found.I attempted to contact the company several times regarding these concerns. The receptionist I spoke with was polite and professional, but despite multiple calls, no one from management ever returned my call.Mistakes can happen, but failing to secure a client’s property and then not following up to address the issue is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

This is our first home experience, so everything is scary. We didn't want to be taken advantage of and did our research, calling all the inspectors the realtor gave us. I had two set items I thought were important to an inspection. Only two company stated it on my inquiry. 4sight was one, and I picked them because they still are small. It's the personal touch that makes things right. He showed up early, was very thoughtful & explained things as we went along. We felt like family! Being taken care of and given good advice about future things to watch for. They are your best choice of inspection companies. I give a major thumbs up for servicemen, teachers and public servants!! AMAZING! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Jeff made us even more excited about our home! He came early and was well prepared when we arrived. We followed him around the entire house and he happily talked us through every inch. We spent about 2 hours walking through and it felt like 20 minutes. Jeff even took the time to show us how to change the filter on the furnace and shut off the water in case we ever need to. I am whole heartedly impressed with his attention to detail and customer service! I will be keeping his card for any home inspection we might ever need and will recommend this company to anyone who asks!
