I had Jeff come out and do an inspection on a home I am buying and he provided hands down the best experience I have had since starting the buying process in this crazy market. I felt like I was actually getting customer service and wasn't being churned through the system. He took the time walk me through everything and answer my questions. He was exceptionally polite and reassuring, I couldn't recommend him enough. As far as the scheduling and payment process, it was very easy and straight forward, exactly how it should have been. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection.
