Jeff Bliler was absolutely amazing. He came early on Sunday morning to inspect the house we were buying. It took a little over 2 hours. We chatted most of the time, he gave us (as new homeowners) tips on what to look out for when it came to roof, outdoor paneling, etc. He was extremely detail oriented - taking pictures and note of everything he looked through. The two hours flew by, as he made the whole visit very pleasant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their future homes. We are definitely saving his card for future inspections.

Our inspector, Jeremy, arrived at our location on time and began a systematic appraisal of every aspect of the home's exterior and interior. Jeremy took as much time as I required to explain various components of the house that I was not familiar with and made note of the various deficiencies that woulld be of concern to my wife and I. The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!

Jeff was fantastic! He explained everything he would do before even starting so that I knew what to expect. He made sure to point out everything he saw whether it was good or bad. Any questions I had, he had an answer to. He was extremely professional and highly organized. He walked me through each and every section of the house. The report was emailed to me within hours, even with it being the weekend! The report was super easy to read and had so many pictures integrated. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
