I was the seller of the property they inspected, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.After the inspection, my large detached garage was left unlocked, despite containing thousands of dollars’ worth of tools and equipment. Multiple windows were also left unlocked or open, and several blinds throughout the home had been left out of place. At a minimum, I expected the property to be secured and returned to the condition in which it was found.I attempted to contact the company several times regarding these concerns. The receptionist I spoke with was polite and professional, but despite multiple calls, no one from management ever returned my call.Mistakes can happen, but failing to secure a client’s property and then not following up to address the issue is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
