We’re moving from out of state and were unable to be there for the inspection, so the included pictures and descriptions were very helpful. The report was very thorough and detailed, but took a few days longer than we expected to get it to us.

Jeremy came out and did a whole house inspection and radon test for the house my daughter is buying. Jeremy was very personable and informative on any issues he saw, explaining issues in detail. We also looked around ourselves while he was doing his thing and he checked out anything we may have had a question on. The inspection was super thorough and the inspection report was complete with pictures of anything he thought needed attention. It was worth every penny to have peace of mind before finalizing the purchase of the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND House Call Home Inspection!!!

The inspector that was sent out to do the inspection on the home was professional and thorough. The report that was sent was very easy to follow and the pictures taken did a great job showing the written descriptions of the infractions.

Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

We had our home inspection done on Aug. 23rd by Jeff B. He was very thorough and took the time to answer every single one of my questions and helped us to understand how things worked and if we could potentially have any issues down the line. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time he took to spend with us on our new home. I would recommend anyone purchasing a home to use this company, and if all the employees are as kind and thorough as Jeff, then rest assured you are in good hands.

Buying our first house, and they were so helpful (and came highly recommended by our realtor). They were quick getting things set up, and completed. I appreciated things being explained while we were there. As a smaller female who looks young, I felt respected and not talked down to, which was really refreshing and rare. Will absolutely recommend.
