Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company! Jeremy missed something in our homeowners inspection that almost killed my entire family. How do you miss a water heater that has no outside ventilation that is venting CARBON MONOXIDE into our house? PLEASE go with any other compny!!!!!!

Setting up the appointment was easy, and Marcia was helpful on the phone. We received a contract online stating the exact scope of the inspection, and we were able to pay online, too. They even have a discount for teachers. Then, we were sent an appointment reminder online, too. I felt "seen" as a customer the entire process.Jeremy is an incredibly kind, patient, and professional inspector. He answered any question I had within the confines of what he's allowed to do as an inspector. He also asked if I had questions when I didn't promptly ask something, opening the door for a conversation and helping me feel like we weren't rushing. I appreciated the personal touch he brought because my husband and I aren't from around here, so we can't ask family or friends for advice on home stuff.I also noted that he Jeremy was watching me for cues on what to do. I explained that I wanted to wear a mask because I know so many sick people right now, but that he didn't have to if he didn't want to. He did. And then he saw me take off my shoes, and he took of his. These little touches are important because I felt like he respected my (potentially) future home.

Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered. Jeff was professional, and very thorough in his inspection. Being a first time homeowner I wasn't sure what to expect but he walked me through the process & answered the many questions that I had.
