Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company! We just had Jeremy complete an inspection for us on a home we're buying, and cannot recommend him and House Call more highly. Jeremy did a very thorough job completing the inspection (the report included detailed pictures, descriptions, and advice on how to remedy any problems) and took as much time as we needed explaining the major findings to us once he was done. When we had questions about potential repairs, he was knowledge on both difficulty and price range, and helped us to understand the extent of what we would be facing. Scheduling with the company was easy and the price was fair.

This place was recommended by our realtor. We closed on our house about two weeks ago. We had the inspection three weeks ago. A guy named Jeremy said everything in our home was spot less and there were only a few things that needed fixed. He said all the plugs in the home worked. Now that we’re all moved in we are finding out that half of the outlets in the home don’t work. I really wish they would have done a better job before we committed into the home. As new homeowners budget is tight and now we are stuck with a bill to fix all the necessary plugs.Exactly the report said that only two of the outlets weren’t working in the home. One in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. We were ok with that. After we moved in we found out that ANOTHER plug in the kitchen didn’t work so now that was TWO plugs in the kitchen that didn’t work. We were told that all the plugs in the living room worked and they DONT out of 8 outlets only TWO work. Now we have six useless outlets in a living room. I have called you guys twice now and I was told that you the owner would be giving me a call back and I still haven’t heard from you.Two months later, four calls to this company and no call back. Every time I call they tell me that they’ll put on a brief hold or that the “owner” will call back. I’ve been put on hold for up to 20 minutes eventually I have to hang up. No call back from the owner. So disappointed.

This is our first home experience, so everything is scary. We didn't want to be taken advantage of and did our research, calling all the inspectors the realtor gave us. I had two set items I thought were important to an inspection. Only two company stated it on my inquiry. 4sight was one, and I picked them because they still are small. It's the personal touch that makes things right. He showed up early, was very thoughtful & explained things as we went along. We felt like family! After having the home inspection several weeks later we found electrical problems, leaks, and a fire hazard in the basement. None of these were mentioned in the inspection. This company was recommended by my realtor and I’m disappointed in both the company and the realtor.
