House Call home inspection was very through. The report was complete with lots of pictures. What I would appreciate is a list of the major deficiencies so I can negotiate a lower sale price.

Jeff was professional, and very thorough in his inspection. Being a first time homeowner I wasn't sure what to expect but he walked me through the process & answered the many questions that I had. I would gladly recommend his service to everyone I know. He helped me see my new home in a different light and helped me understand what some of my future costs might be so that I won't be blindsided by them. He also has a great turnaround time in getting the report back so it doesn't hold up things, which was very important to me.

To start, working wth the call center to set the appointment was great. Very courteous and easy and even got a reminder a day before. At the home Jeff was very respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was thorough and explained everything very well for me...he even called me to let me know I had left a tape measure back at the house. The report was very well done and easy to read and got back to me much quicker than I had expected. Very please and would absolutely recommend 4Sight to anyone looking to buy a home.

Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

The inspection that I had was to have everything checked prior to buying the home. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to show me the things that he found, and what to expect on his report. Jeff came out and did a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. When we got there he was already there with all the lights on and ready to start. He explained what he was going to do and answered any and all questions we had. He told us we could follow him around or we could go walk the home our selves Incase we seen anything we wanted to ask about or had questions. When he was done inspecting each area he would give us a re cap of what he did and what he found, He was very kind and patient as we asked lots of questions.Jeff never made us feel like we where bothering him or asking silly questions. He did a great job with the inspection, we had our report in full detail in a fast turnaround time. we highly recommend using House Call Home Inspections. I know we will recommend them to all our family and friends who are buying or selling.
