From start to finish, the whole inspection went absolutely smoothly and our inspector Jeremy Ditsch was an absolute professional. He was very polite and I liked that he also knew how to have a great conversation! He explained everything to me and the report is very detailed and even includes pictures! I would absolutely hire this company again in the future and the lady who is in charge of scheduling is also wonderful as well! To start, working wth the call center to set the appointment was great. Very courteous and easy and even got a reminder a day before. At the home Jeff was very respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was thorough and explained everything very well for me...he even called me to let me know I had left a tape measure back at the house. The report was very well done and easy to read and got back to me much quicker than I had expected. Very please and would absolutely recommend 4Sight to anyone looking to buy a home.

The inspection was prompt with great communication. Weather caused a delay in our inspector getting to the house, but he stayed in touch and provided a new timeline as he knew any information. He was thorough in the inspection and answered all our questions. Went over the preliminary report before we even left. Would definitely recommend.
