Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day.
