The inspector was very thorough checking the inside, outside, basement, and attic. As he went through, he told us about anything we need to keep an eye on or some damaged parts that were no longer a threat. He was very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the house.

To start, working wth the call center to set the appointment was great. Very courteous and easy and even got a reminder a day before. At the home Jeff was very respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was thorough and explained everything very well for me...he even called me to let me know I had left a tape measure back at the house. The report was very well done and easy to read and got back to me much quicker than I had expected. Very please and would absolutely recommend 4Sight to anyone looking to buy a home.

I had a short deadline upon which my inspection had to be done I called two of the inspection companies none of them could perform inspection for me within my stated deadline except for house calls. Used house call for our home inspection. Our agent recommended using them and after putting out the face book shout out, many of our friends and family recommended them as well. They contacted me within 24hrs of putting in the request to set up a appointment within 48 hrs. We had Paul as our inspector. Older gentleman with alot of knowledge and wisdom. Very professional and easy to conversation with. Told us what was critical and what was not a big deal. Told us what is easily fixable and what was difficult. Report to us with 3 hrs after inspection. It cost us 520 for house inspection and radon test. Overall very happy. Can't compare to any other company as this is the first time doing a inspection.

Jeff came out and did a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. When we got there he was already there with all the lights on and ready to start. He explained what he was going to do and answered any and all questions we had. He told us we could follow him around or we could go walk the home our selves Incase we seen anything we wanted to ask about or had questions. When he was done inspecting each area he would give us a re cap of what he did and what he found, He was very kind and patient as we asked lots of questions.Jeff never made us feel like we where bothering him or asking silly questions.
