Paul was very polite and professional and took the time to go over the details of what he found. I would highly recommend both Paul and this company. The report was given to me within 90 minutes of completion in am easy to understand PDF that I could save on my computer for future reference.

The inspection was prompt with great communication. Weather caused a delay in our inspector getting to the house, but he stayed in touch and provided a new timeline as he knew any information. He was thorough in the inspection and answered all our questions. Went over the preliminary report before we even left. Would definitely recommend.

Jeremy was awesome! Very efficient and thorough. It was wonderful to be there when the inspection was being done. It was nice to go over everything from the inspection while Jeremy was there. The report was completed quickly and received in less than 24 hours. It was well worth the cost and was a great value.

After having the home inspection several weeks later we found electrical problems, leaks, and a fire hazard in the basement. None of these were mentioned in the inspection. This company was recommended by my realtor and I’m disappointed in both the company and the realtor.

Jeremy was wonderful. He was patient with me and gave really good explanations to all of my questions. He didn't rush through the inspection, and did a thorough job. Everything about this process was so positive. The turnaround time for the inspection was so fast and I had my report the same day as the inspection. Jeremy was incredibly friendly and thorough, he took time to go over the inspection in great detail with me, and he answered all of my questions. Jeremy came out and did a whole house inspection and radon test for the house my daughter is buying. Jeremy was very personable and informative on any issues he saw, explaining issues in detail. We also looked around ourselves while he was doing his thing and he checked out anything we may have had a question on. The inspection was super thorough and the inspection report was complete with pictures of anything he thought needed attention. It was worth every penny to have peace of mind before finalizing the purchase of the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND House Call Home Inspection!!!
