Jeremy was wonderful. He was patient with me and gave really good explanations to all of my questions. He didn't rush through the inspection, and did a thorough job. Brent was my inspector. He did a phenomenal job, was very thorough, and explained everything. Any questions we had, he answered them to the best of his ability. The scheduling staff was wonderful as well, very polite and flexible. Highly recommend to anyone needing inspection!

Jeff was great! As a first time home buyer I was scared of not asking the right questions orMissing something and Jeff willingly answered all of my questions and allowed us to follow him around and ask any questions we had, he was very nice and had great bed side manner, was very informative. I felt he really did his job plus some! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good shape! Took a few days longer to get the report back than expected but otherwise my experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Jeff came out and did a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. When we got there he was already there with all the lights on and ready to start. He explained what he was going to do and answered any and all questions we had. He told us we could follow him around or we could go walk the home our selves Incase we seen anything we wanted to ask about or had questions. When he was done inspecting each area he would give us a re cap of what he did and what he found, He was very kind and patient as we asked lots of questions.Jeff never made us feel like we where bothering him or asking silly questions. He did a great job with the inspection, we had our report in full detail in a fast turnaround time. we highly recommend using House Call Home Inspections. I know we will recommend them to all our family and friends who are buying or selling.

Jeremy missed something in our homeowners inspection that almost killed my entire family. How do you miss a water heater that has no outside ventilation that is venting CARBON MONOXIDE into our house? PLEASE go with any other compny!!!!!!

My husband and I are first time home buyers and our realtor recommended this company to us. What convinced me were the reviews and I am so glad I decided to go with this company! From start to finish, the whole inspection went absolutely smoothly and our inspector Jeremy Ditsch was an absolute professional. He was very polite and I liked that he also knew how to have a great conversation! He explained everything to me and the report is very detailed and even includes pictures! I would absolutely hire this company again in the future and the lady who is in charge of scheduling is also wonderful as well!
