The inspection that I had was to have everything checked prior to buying the home. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to show me the things that he found, and what to expect on his report. He also gave me the opportunity to ask questions, and he said that if I have any further questions after purchasing the home, that I can call or email him any time.

Jeff was wonderful. He was on time and knows his stuff. One thing that stands out from our home inspection is how knowledgeable he is about his work. He walked us through the home and explained certain things in detail of what was good and what needs to be addressed. Even had advise about how to remedy certain things about the home. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a home inspection.

I had Jeff come out and do an inspection on a home I am buying and he provided hands down the best experience I have had since starting the buying process in this crazy market. I felt like I was actually getting customer service and wasn't being churned through the system. He took the time walk me through everything and answer my questions. He was exceptionally polite and reassuring, I couldn't recommend him enough. As far as the scheduling and payment process, it was very easy and straight forward, exactly how it should have been. Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company! Jeremy came out and did a whole house inspection and radon test for the house my daughter is buying. Jeremy was very personable and informative on any issues he saw, explaining issues in detail. We also looked around ourselves while he was doing his thing and he checked out anything we may have had a question on. The inspection was super thorough and the inspection report was complete with pictures of anything he thought needed attention. It was worth every penny to have peace of mind before finalizing the purchase of the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND House Call Home Inspection!!!

I had a short deadline upon which my inspection had to be done I called two of the inspection companies none of them could perform inspection for me within my stated deadline except for house calls. House Call did a thorough inspection and pointed out red flags that allowed me the opportunity to amend my purchase agreement ultimately saving me thousands of dollars thanks, House call for providing us with excellent quality service.
