Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

Jeremy missed something in our homeowners inspection that almost killed my entire family. How do you miss a water heater that has no outside ventilation that is venting CARBON MONOXIDE into our house? PLEASE go with any other compny!!!!!!

Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company! Definitely will pass on the recommendation to anyone else who needs a home inspection!

Everything about this process was so positive. The turnaround time for the inspection was so fast and I had my report the same day as the inspection. Jeremy was incredibly friendly and thorough, he took time to go over the inspection in great detail with me, and he answered all of my questions. Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

After having the home inspection several weeks later we found electrical problems, leaks, and a fire hazard in the basement. None of these were mentioned in the inspection. This company was recommended by my realtor and I’m disappointed in both the company and the realtor.
