Our inspector, Jeremy, arrived at our location on time and began a systematic appraisal of every aspect of the home's exterior and interior. Jeremy took as much time as I required to explain various components of the house that I was not familiar with and made note of the various deficiencies that woulld be of concern to my wife and I. Jeff Bliler was absolutely amazing. He came early on Sunday morning to inspect the house we were buying. It took a little over 2 hours. We chatted most of the time, he gave us (as new homeowners) tips on what to look out for when it came to roof, outdoor paneling, etc. He was extremely detail oriented - taking pictures and note of everything he looked through. The two hours flew by, as he made the whole visit very pleasant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their future homes. We are definitely saving his card for future inspections.

Jeff was fantastic! He explained everything he would do before even starting so that I knew what to expect. He made sure to point out everything he saw whether it was good or bad. Any questions I had, he had an answer to. He was extremely professional and highly organized. He walked me through each and every section of the house. The report was emailed to me within hours, even with it being the weekend! The report was super easy to read and had so many pictures integrated. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
