The inspection was prompt with great communication. Weather caused a delay in our inspector getting to the house, but he stayed in touch and provided a new timeline as he knew any information. He was thorough in the inspection and answered all our questions. Went over the preliminary report before we even left. Would definitely recommend.

To start, working wth the call center to set the appointment was great. Very courteous and easy and even got a reminder a day before. At the home Jeff was very respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was thorough and explained everything very well for me...he even called me to let me know I had left a tape measure back at the house. The report was very well done and easy to read and got back to me much quicker than I had expected. Very please and would absolutely recommend 4Sight to anyone looking to buy a home.

Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

Brent was my inspector. He did a phenomenal job, was very thorough, and explained everything. Any questions we had, he answered them to the best of his ability. The scheduling staff was wonderful as well, very polite and flexible. Highly recommend to anyone needing inspection!

The inspector was very thorough checking the inside, outside, basement, and attic. As he went through, he told us about anything we need to keep an eye on or some damaged parts that were no longer a threat. He was very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the house.

Jeff was fantastic! He explained everything he would do before even starting so that I knew what to expect. He made sure to point out everything he saw whether it was good or bad. Any questions I had, he had an answer to. He was extremely professional and highly organized. He walked me through each and every section of the house. The report was emailed to me within hours, even with it being the weekend! The report was super easy to read and had so many pictures integrated. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Buying our first house, and they were so helpful (and came highly recommended by our realtor). They were quick getting things set up, and completed. I appreciated things being explained while we were there. As a smaller female who looks young, I felt respected and not talked down to, which was really refreshing and rare. Jeff was great and did a very impressive job with our house inspection! He explained everything very well and answered any question that I had. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident that he didn't miss a single thing. The report was very thorough and had a lot of photos which will be great for our house records as well. I would definitely use House Call again!
