Brent was professional and thorough. He explained everything so I easily understood. The report had excellent pictures and detail - and was received quickly after the inspection. I was very impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and thorough inspection. The final report is very extensive and our inspector Jeremy D. did a phenomenal job continuing to ask me if I had any questions, and educating me along the way as to what he was observing. We had our home inspection done on Aug. 23rd by Jeff B. He was very thorough and took the time to answer every single one of my questions and helped us to understand how things worked and if we could potentially have any issues down the line. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time he took to spend with us on our new home. The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!

Jeff was the most pleasant person I dealt with throughout my home buying experience. He walked me through everything he found as he did the inspection. He never had a problem stopping the inspection to answer any questions I had. The 50% off discount for Veterans is also the best deal out there if you happen to be former military, police, or fire. Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you
