Jeff was wonderful. He was on time and knows his stuff. One thing that stands out from our home inspection is how knowledgeable he is about his work. He walked us through the home and explained certain things in detail of what was good and what needs to be addressed. Even had advise about how to remedy certain things about the home. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a home inspection.

Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered. The inspection report he provided afterwards was extremely thorough and detailed. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and our realtor recommended this company to us. What convinced me were the reviews and I am so glad I decided to go with this company! From start to finish, the whole inspection went absolutely smoothly and our inspector Jeremy Ditsch was an absolute professional. He was very polite and I liked that he also knew how to have a great conversation! He explained everything to me and the report is very detailed and even includes pictures! Our inspector, Jeremy, arrived at our location on time and began a systematic appraisal of every aspect of the home's exterior and interior. Jeremy took as much time as I required to explain various components of the house that I was not familiar with and made note of the various deficiencies that woulld be of concern to my wife and I. We are satisified that he did an excellent job. I would recommend House Call Home Inspection without reservation.

Jeff was professional, and very thorough in his inspection. Being a first time homeowner I wasn't sure what to expect but he walked me through the process & answered the many questions that I had. I would gladly recommend his service to everyone I know. He helped me see my new home in a different light and helped me understand what some of my future costs might be so that I won't be blindsided by them. He also has a great turnaround time in getting the report back so it doesn't hold up things, which was very important to me.
