My wife and I recently dealt with Marcia and Paul on our home inspection. This is our first home purchase, so we went in not really knowing what to expect. We showed up for the second half of the inspection, and met Paul. He was still mid-way through checking everything out, so we gave him a few mins to wrap up. After he concluded, we got together to run through everything in detail. Paul was extremely thorough, and went through each line item one by one to make sure we understood what needed to be repaired, replaced or just needed to be brought to attention. It was such a great experience, and he even stuck around for a bit afterward to answer any additional questions we had, and to get to know one another - I would highly recommend using their services if you need an inspection, they're top notch / very professional and we'd surely use them again. I've already referred them to 2 others in the marketing for buying a home. A+++ service!
