The inspection was prompt with great communication. Weather caused a delay in our inspector getting to the house, but he stayed in touch and provided a new timeline as he knew any information. He was thorough in the inspection and answered all our questions. Went over the preliminary report before we even left. Would definitely recommend.

My inspector took the time to discuss with me all the presenting issues and items that could be issues in the future. He answered all of my questions and I felt like I was well taken care of.
