Buying our first house, and they were so helpful (and came highly recommended by our realtor). They were quick getting things set up, and completed. I appreciated things being explained while we were there. As a smaller female who looks young, I felt respected and not talked down to, which was really refreshing and rare. Jeff did a great job as our home inspector. He was thorough and patient, truly inspecting each portion of the house. He also was willing to take whatever time he needed to answer all of our questions as he worked his way around the house. The report came quickly, was clearly filled out, and easy to understand with included pictures. Would definitely hire again.

Used house call for our home inspection. Our agent recommended using them and after putting out the face book shout out, many of our friends and family recommended them as well. They contacted me within 24hrs of putting in the request to set up a appointment within 48 hrs. We had Paul as our inspector. Older gentleman with alot of knowledge and wisdom. Very professional and easy to conversation with. Told us what was critical and what was not a big deal. Told us what is easily fixable and what was difficult. Report to us with 3 hrs after inspection. It cost us 520 for house inspection and radon test. Overall very happy. Can't compare to any other company as this is the first time doing a inspection.

Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

AMAZING! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Jeff made us even more excited about our home! He came early and was well prepared when we arrived. We followed him around the entire house and he happily talked us through every inch. We spent about 2 hours walking through and it felt like 20 minutes. Jeff even took the time to show us how to change the filter on the furnace and shut off the water in case we ever need to. I am whole heartedly impressed with his attention to detail and customer service! I will be keeping his card for any home inspection we might ever need and will recommend this company to anyone who asks!
