Miguel was my inspector, and he did an excellent job at explaining things and elaborating on things I didn’t quite understand. Very professional and helpful. The people I talked to on the phone were also very nice and genuine. Would recommend highly.

Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

Jeremy and Miguel is very friendly, knowledgeable, very informative. They are very honest especially for the first time homebuyer like me. I don't know anything. They don't sugarcoat anything and I like that. I like to deal with honesty and when people give their opinions so that I know what I am getting in too. I would recommend these two to anyone.

AMAZING! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Jeff made us even more excited about our home! He came early and was well prepared when we arrived. We followed him around the entire house and he happily talked us through every inch. We spent about 2 hours walking through and it felt like 20 minutes. Jeff even took the time to show us how to change the filter on the furnace and shut off the water in case we ever need to. I am whole heartedly impressed with his attention to detail and customer service! I will be keeping his card for any home inspection we might ever need and will recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Jeff was wonderful. He was on time and knows his stuff. One thing that stands out from our home inspection is how knowledgeable he is about his work. He walked us through the home and explained certain things in detail of what was good and what needs to be addressed. Even had advise about how to remedy certain things about the home.
