This is our first home experience, so everything is scary. We didn't want to be taken advantage of and did our research, calling all the inspectors the realtor gave us. I had two set items I thought were important to an inspection. Only two company stated it on my inquiry. 4sight was one, and I picked them because they still are small. It's the personal touch that makes things right. He showed up early, was very thoughtful & explained things as we went along. We felt like family! Being taken care of and given good advice about future things to watch for. They are your best choice of inspection companies. I give a major thumbs up for servicemen, teachers and public servants!! Call 4Sight first! They have your back.

Very thorough inspection, and the inspector, Jeremy was super informative. He was able to explain everything very well and in a way easy to understand. The full report came back to us the same day, with clear and thorough photos, explanations and recommendations.

I recently used 4sight for our home inspection, Jeff was amazing! He made me feel comfortable asking questions no matter how silly they may have sounded. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer I asked where things were and how to use them and he politely show me and explained what we'd need to do or when to replace things. An awesome extra this company offers is half off for veterans, Emts, policeman and firefighters. They want to give back so they offer such a huge discount, Which significantly helped us make it more affordable.With that being done you'd think maybe they'd skimp on some of the inspection aspects, but nope. They did a great job, we even got the paperwork back within 2 days. I'll use them again!

Jeff was very professional and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He took time to explain everything he was documenting and also answered any questions I had. This is the first time having a house with septic / well and he helped with questions not pertaining to the inspection. Highly recommended.

Jeremy came out and did a whole house inspection and radon test for the house my daughter is buying. Jeremy was very personable and informative on any issues he saw, explaining issues in detail. We also looked around ourselves while he was doing his thing and he checked out anything we may have had a question on. The inspection was super thorough and the inspection report was complete with pictures of anything he thought needed attention. It was worth every penny to have peace of mind before finalizing the purchase of the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND House Call Home Inspection!!!

Our inspector, Jeremy, arrived at our location on time and began a systematic appraisal of every aspect of the home's exterior and interior. Jeremy took as much time as I required to explain various components of the house that I was not familiar with and made note of the various deficiencies that woulld be of concern to my wife and I. Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered. The inspection report he provided afterwards was extremely thorough and detailed. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
