Brent was professional and thorough. He explained everything so I easily understood. The report had excellent pictures and detail - and was received quickly after the inspection. The inspection was prompt with great communication. Weather caused a delay in our inspector getting to the house, but he stayed in touch and provided a new timeline as he knew any information. He was thorough in the inspection and answered all our questions. Went over the preliminary report before we even left. Would definitely recommend.

House Call Home Inspection impressed me. They were punctual and very thorough. The inspector was happy to answer any questions or concerns I had, and he pointed out areas that would require repair. Jeremy was awesome! Very efficient and thorough. It was wonderful to be there when the inspection was being done. It was nice to go over everything from the inspection while Jeremy was there. House Call did a whole house inspection for a new purchase and they did a wonderful job. The inspector was fantastic -- great communication before and after the inspection, made sure to answer all of our questions, took his time with the inspection. I had a short deadline upon which my inspection had to be done I called two of the inspection companies none of them could perform inspection for me within my stated deadline except for house calls. House Call did a thorough inspection and pointed out red flags that allowed me the opportunity to amend my purchase agreement ultimately saving me thousands of dollars thanks, House call for providing us with excellent quality service.

The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!
