Jeff was the most pleasant person I dealt with throughout my home buying experience. He walked me through everything he found as he did the inspection. He never had a problem stopping the inspection to answer any questions I had. The 50% off discount for Veterans is also the best deal out there if you happen to be former military, police, or fire. Jeff Bliler was absolutely amazing. He came early on Sunday morning to inspect the house we were buying. It took a little over 2 hours. We chatted most of the time, he gave us (as new homeowners) tips on what to look out for when it came to roof, outdoor paneling, etc. He was extremely detail oriented - taking pictures and note of everything he looked through. The two hours flew by, as he made the whole visit very pleasant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their future homes. We are definitely saving his card for future inspections.

Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
