This place was recommended by our realtor. We closed on our house about two weeks ago. We had the inspection three weeks ago. A guy named Jeremy said everything in our home was spot less and there were only a few things that needed fixed. He said all the plugs in the home worked. Now that we’re all moved in we are finding out that half of the outlets in the home don’t work. I really wish they would have done a better job before we committed into the home. As new homeowners budget is tight and now we are stuck with a bill to fix all the necessary plugs.Exactly the report said that only two of the outlets weren’t working in the home. One in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. We were ok with that. After we moved in we found out that ANOTHER plug in the kitchen didn’t work so now that was TWO plugs in the kitchen that didn’t work. We were told that all the plugs in the living room worked and they DONT out of 8 outlets only TWO work. Now we have six useless outlets in a living room. I have called you guys twice now and I was told that you the owner would be giving me a call back and I still haven’t heard from you.Two months later, four calls to this company and no call back. Every time I call they tell me that they’ll put on a brief hold or that the “owner” will call back. I’ve been put on hold for up to 20 minutes eventually I have to hang up. No call back from the owner. So disappointed.

Our inspector, Jeremy, arrived at our location on time and began a systematic appraisal of every aspect of the home's exterior and interior. Jeremy took as much time as I required to explain various components of the house that I was not familiar with and made note of the various deficiencies that woulld be of concern to my wife and I. We are satisified that he did an excellent job. I would recommend House Call Home Inspection without reservation.

Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered. The inspection report he provided afterwards was extremely thorough and detailed. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Jeff came out and did a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. When we got there he was already there with all the lights on and ready to start. He explained what he was going to do and answered any and all questions we had. He told us we could follow him around or we could go walk the home our selves Incase we seen anything we wanted to ask about or had questions. When he was done inspecting each area he would give us a re cap of what he did and what he found, He was very kind and patient as we asked lots of questions.Jeff never made us feel like we where bothering him or asking silly questions. He did a great job with the inspection, we had our report in full detail in a fast turnaround time. we highly recommend using House Call Home Inspections. I know we will recommend them to all our family and friends who are buying or selling.

Jeff was wonderful. He was on time and knows his stuff. One thing that stands out from our home inspection is how knowledgeable he is about his work. He walked us through the home and explained certain things in detail of what was good and what needs to be addressed. Even had advise about how to remedy certain things about the home. AMAZING! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Jeff made us even more excited about our home! He came early and was well prepared when we arrived. We followed him around the entire house and he happily talked us through every inch. We spent about 2 hours walking through and it felt like 20 minutes. Jeff even took the time to show us how to change the filter on the furnace and shut off the water in case we ever need to. I am whole heartedly impressed with his attention to detail and customer service! I will be keeping his card for any home inspection we might ever need and will recommend this company to anyone who asks!
