Working with Jeff Bliler, during the inspection of the home we are buying, was truly a joy. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain each aspect of the inspection prior to commencing and continued to do so throughout. His manner is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Jeff took the time to point out normal maintenance items that I would need to take care of in the future and gave me good, general guidance on how to do so. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and invited questions, which he readily and cheerfully answered. The inspection report he provided afterwards was extremely thorough and detailed. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

This place was recommended by our realtor. We closed on our house about two weeks ago. We had the inspection three weeks ago. A guy named Jeremy said everything in our home was spot less and there were only a few things that needed fixed. He said all the plugs in the home worked. Now that we’re all moved in we are finding out that half of the outlets in the home don’t work. I really wish they would have done a better job before we committed into the home. As new homeowners budget is tight and now we are stuck with a bill to fix all the necessary plugs.Exactly the report said that only two of the outlets weren’t working in the home. One in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. We were ok with that. After we moved in we found out that ANOTHER plug in the kitchen didn’t work so now that was TWO plugs in the kitchen that didn’t work. We were told that all the plugs in the living room worked and they DONT out of 8 outlets only TWO work. Now we have six useless outlets in a living room. I have called you guys twice now and I was told that you the owner would be giving me a call back and I still haven’t heard from you.Two months later, four calls to this company and no call back. Every time I call they tell me that they’ll put on a brief hold or that the “owner” will call back. I’ve been put on hold for up to 20 minutes eventually I have to hang up. No call back from the owner. So disappointed.

Jeremy was very thorough and took the time to walk through his inspection with us and explain what he was looking for. We just had Jeremy complete an inspection for us on a home we're buying, and cannot recommend him and House Call more highly. Jeremy did a very thorough job completing the inspection (the report included detailed pictures, descriptions, and advice on how to remedy any problems) and took as much time as we needed explaining the major findings to us once he was done. When we had questions about potential repairs, he was knowledge on both difficulty and price range, and helped us to understand the extent of what we would be facing. Scheduling with the company was easy and the price was fair.

Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

I recently used 4sight for our home inspection, Jeff was amazing! He made me feel comfortable asking questions no matter how silly they may have sounded. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer I asked where things were and how to use them and he politely show me and explained what we'd need to do or when to replace things. An awesome extra this company offers is half off for veterans, Emts, policeman and firefighters. They want to give back so they offer such a huge discount, Which significantly helped us make it more affordable.With that being done you'd think maybe they'd skimp on some of the inspection aspects, but nope. They did a great job, we even got the paperwork back within 2 days. I'll use them again!

He walked us through the home and explained certain things in detail of what was good and what needs to be addressed. Even had advise about how to remedy certain things about the home. Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

This is our first home experience, so everything is scary. We didn't want to be taken advantage of and did our research, calling all the inspectors the realtor gave us.
