The inspection was prompt with great communication. Weather caused a delay in our inspector getting to the house, but he stayed in touch and provided a new timeline as he knew any information. He was thorough in the inspection and answered all our questions. Went over the preliminary report before we even left. Would definitely recommend.

After having the home inspection several weeks later we found electrical problems, leaks, and a fire hazard in the basement. None of these were mentioned in the inspection. This company was recommended by my realtor and I’m disappointed in both the company and the realtor.

I had a short deadline upon which my inspection had to be done I called two of the inspection companies none of them could perform inspection for me within my stated deadline except for house calls.
