I had a short deadline upon which my inspection had to be done I called two of the inspection companies none of them could perform inspection for me within my stated deadline except for house calls. AMAZING! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Jeff made us even more excited about our home! He came early and was well prepared when we arrived. We followed him around the entire house and he happily talked us through every inch. We spent about 2 hours walking through and it felt like 20 minutes. Jeff even took the time to show us how to change the filter on the furnace and shut off the water in case we ever need to. I am whole heartedly impressed with his attention to detail and customer service! I will be keeping his card for any home inspection we might ever need and will recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Jeff came out and did a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. When we got there he was already there with all the lights on and ready to start. He explained what he was going to do and answered any and all questions we had. He told us we could follow him around or we could go walk the home our selves Incase we seen anything we wanted to ask about or had questions. When he was done inspecting each area he would give us a re cap of what he did and what he found, He was very kind and patient as we asked lots of questions.Jeff never made us feel like we where bothering him or asking silly questions. He did a great job with the inspection, we had our report in full detail in a fast turnaround time. we highly recommend using House Call Home Inspections. I know we will recommend them to all our family and friends who are buying or selling.

Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

Jeff was fantastic! He explained everything he would do before even starting so that I knew what to expect. He made sure to point out everything he saw whether it was good or bad. Any questions I had, he had an answer to. He was extremely professional and highly organized. He walked me through each and every section of the house. The report was emailed to me within hours, even with it being the weekend! The report was super easy to read and had so many pictures integrated. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
