Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!
