They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!
