Everything about this process was so positive. The turnaround time for the inspection was so fast and I had my report the same day as the inspection. Jeremy was incredibly friendly and thorough, he took time to go over the inspection in great detail with me, and he answered all of my questions. Jeff was great! As a first time home buyer I was scared of not asking the right questions orMissing something and Jeff willingly answered all of my questions and allowed us to follow him around and ask any questions we had, he was very nice and had great bed side manner, was very informative. I felt he really did his job plus some! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good shape! Took a few days longer to get the report back than expected but otherwise my experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you
