Jeff was wonderful. He was on time and knows his stuff. One thing that stands out from our home inspection is how knowledgeable he is about his work. He walked us through the home and explained certain things in detail of what was good and what needs to be addressed. Even had advise about how to remedy certain things about the home. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a home inspection.

He was very thorough and took the time to answer every single one of my questions and helped us to understand how things worked and if we could potentially have any issues down the line. The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!

Jeff did a great job as our home inspector. He was thorough and patient, truly inspecting each portion of the house. He also was willing to take whatever time he needed to answer all of our questions as he worked his way around the house. To start, working wth the call center to set the appointment was great. Very courteous and easy and even got a reminder a day before. At the home Jeff was very respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was thorough and explained everything very well for me...he even called me to let me know I had left a tape measure back at the house. The report was very well done and easy to read and got back to me much quicker than I had expected. Very please and would absolutely recommend 4Sight to anyone looking to buy a home.

Jeff Bliler was absolutely amazing. He came early on Sunday morning to inspect the house we were buying. It took a little over 2 hours. We chatted most of the time, he gave us (as new homeowners) tips on what to look out for when it came to roof, outdoor paneling, etc. He was extremely detail oriented - taking pictures and note of everything he looked through. The two hours flew by, as he made the whole visit very pleasant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their future homes. We are definitely saving his card for future inspections.
