House Call made us feel much more secure in our decision to buy a house, what to keep an eye on, and provided sound advice on how to maintain our first home. We’re moving from out of state and were unable to be there for the inspection, so the included pictures and descriptions were very helpful. The report was very thorough and detailed, but took a few days longer than we expected to get it to us.

Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!

Jeremy missed something in our homeowners inspection that almost killed my entire family. How do you miss a water heater that has no outside ventilation that is venting CARBON MONOXIDE into our house? PLEASE go with any other compny!!!!!!

Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company!
