Jeff was great! I appreciated that before we even got started he asked what concerns we had. He ran through what to expect, to ask questions throughout the inspection, and what to expect from the finished report. I felt he was thorough and put my mind at ease as a first time homebuyer. He was polite, professional, and flexible with the occupant and his dogs that were also onsite during the inspection. During the inspection he took the time to point out things for us that will need to be addressed, the best route to fix things, and generally who to contact. This was my first home inspection so I don't know what is typical, but he did do more than just the Standards of Practice. (We swear we only brought it along for reference, Jeff 😅). He seemed like a genuinely nice guy who wants to do right by the customer. Would highly recommend!
