I had Jeff come out and do an inspection on a home I am buying and he provided hands down the best experience I have had since starting the buying process in this crazy market. I felt like I was actually getting customer service and wasn't being churned through the system. He took the time walk me through everything and answer my questions. He was exceptionally polite and reassuring, I couldn't recommend him enough. As far as the scheduling and payment process, it was very easy and straight forward, exactly how it should have been. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and our realtor recommended this company to us. What convinced me were the reviews and I am so glad I decided to go with this company! From start to finish, the whole inspection went absolutely smoothly and our inspector Jeremy Ditsch was an absolute professional. He was very polite and I liked that he also knew how to have a great conversation! He explained everything to me and the report is very detailed and even includes pictures! I would absolutely hire this company again in the future and the lady who is in charge of scheduling is also wonderful as well! Our inspector, Jeremy, arrived at our location on time and began a systematic appraisal of every aspect of the home's exterior and interior. Jeremy took as much time as I required to explain various components of the house that I was not familiar with and made note of the various deficiencies that woulld be of concern to my wife and I. We are satisified that he did an excellent job. I would recommend House Call Home Inspection without reservation.

Jeff came out and did a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. When we got there he was already there with all the lights on and ready to start. He explained what he was going to do and answered any and all questions we had. He told us we could follow him around or we could go walk the home our selves Incase we seen anything we wanted to ask about or had questions. When he was done inspecting each area he would give us a re cap of what he did and what he found, He was very kind and patient as we asked lots of questions.Jeff never made us feel like we where bothering him or asking silly questions. He did a great job with the inspection, we had our report in full detail in a fast turnaround time. we highly recommend using House Call Home Inspections. I know we will recommend them to all our family and friends who are buying or selling.

Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly.
