Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you

Jeremy missed something in our homeowners inspection that almost killed my entire family. How do you miss a water heater that has no outside ventilation that is venting CARBON MONOXIDE into our house? PLEASE go with any other compny!!!!!!

Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company! Used house call for our home inspection. Our agent recommended using them and after putting out the face book shout out, many of our friends and family recommended them as well. They contacted me within 24hrs of putting in the request to set up a appointment within 48 hrs. We had Paul as our inspector. Older gentleman with alot of knowledge and wisdom. Very professional and easy to conversation with. Told us what was critical and what was not a big deal. Told us what is easily fixable and what was difficult. Report to us with 3 hrs after inspection. It cost us 520 for house inspection and radon test. Overall very happy. Can't compare to any other company as this is the first time doing a inspection.
