Jeremy missed something in our homeowners inspection that almost killed my entire family. How do you miss a water heater that has no outside ventilation that is venting CARBON MONOXIDE into our house? PLEASE go with any other compny!!!!!!

The online scheduling process was very straight forward. They came out quickly and did a very detailed inspection, they found everything I noticed and like 2 dozen other things I hadn't including 3 very significant things. The report was very easy to understand and it was in my email by the end of the day. I like having the report as a first time home buyer because it gives me a handy list of projects to work on and maintain!

Everything about this process was so positive. The turnaround time for the inspection was so fast and I had my report the same day as the inspection. Horrible! Use another home inspector! There are plenty of other better options. The inspector left the water running in the bathroom and damage occurred. Jeff Bliler the owner made me an insulting offer in cash but I decided to file an insurance claim. Of course their insurance company took their side and said I didn’t have enough evidence.. I wasn’t even in the room! Just know if a mistake happens and they cause damage they will not take accountability and screw you
