Jeff did a great job as our home inspector. He was thorough and patient, truly inspecting each portion of the house. He also was willing to take whatever time he needed to answer all of our questions as he worked his way around the house. The report came quickly, was clearly filled out, and easy to understand with included pictures. Would definitely hire again.

Everything about this was super easy! Scheduling was easy online and confirmed same day. Only had a 2-day wait for scheduling. Jeremy arrived early, was thorough, recapped with me after each section of the house and again before leaving. He was also SUPER friendly. House Call was recommended to us and I'm glad because I could not have asked for an easier, smoother process or friendlier company! Definitely will pass on the recommendation to anyone else who needs a home inspection!

The inspector was very thorough checking the inside, outside, basement, and attic. As he went through, he told us about anything we need to keep an eye on or some damaged parts that were no longer a threat. He was very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the house.

I had Jeff come out and do an inspection on a home I am buying and he provided hands down the best experience I have had since starting the buying process in this crazy market. I felt like I was actually getting customer service and wasn't being churned through the system. He took the time walk me through everything and answer my questions. This place was recommended by our realtor. We closed on our house about two weeks ago. We had the inspection three weeks ago. A guy named Jeremy said everything in our home was spot less and there were only a few things that needed fixed. He said all the plugs in the home worked. Now that we’re all moved in we are finding out that half of the outlets in the home don’t work. I really wish they would have done a better job before we committed into the home. As new homeowners budget is tight and now we are stuck with a bill to fix all the necessary plugs.Exactly the report said that only two of the outlets weren’t working in the home. One in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. We were ok with that. After we moved in we found out that ANOTHER plug in the kitchen didn’t work so now that was TWO plugs in the kitchen that didn’t work. We were told that all the plugs in the living room worked and they DONT out of 8 outlets only TWO work. Now we have six useless outlets in a living room. I have called you guys twice now and I was told that you the owner would be giving me a call back and I still haven’t heard from you.Two months later, four calls to this company and no call back. Every time I call they tell me that they’ll put on a brief hold or that the “owner” will call back. I’ve been put on hold for up to 20 minutes eventually I have to hang up. No call back from the owner. So disappointed.

AMAZING! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Jeff made us even more excited about our home! He came early and was well prepared when we arrived. We followed him around the entire house and he happily talked us through every inch. We spent about 2 hours walking through and it felt like 20 minutes. Jeff even took the time to show us how to change the filter on the furnace and shut off the water in case we ever need to. I am whole heartedly impressed with his attention to detail and customer service! I will be keeping his card for any home inspection we might ever need and will recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Jeff was great! As a first time home buyer I was scared of not asking the right questions orMissing something and Jeff willingly answered all of my questions and allowed us to follow him around and ask any questions we had, he was very nice and had great bed side manner, was very informative.
